For every 16oz of water you drink, you need to take 1/8tsb of sea salt. It’s very important that you take the sea salt before you drink water, and to drink the water within 20 minutes of taking the sea salt. I dissolve 1/8 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt under my tongue (most effective because the minerals are absorbed through your mucous membranes), once it’s completely dissolved, I drink 16-20oz of water and do this several times a day until I’ve reached my recommended cap.
